Please allow the Designer to contact you within 24 hours of booking a consultation to select time and date of the appointment. If you have a particular date and time in mind, please leave it as a note in the checkout section. The designer will contact you within 24 hours to confirm consultations may be done virtually or in person and designers work shop located in Tampa, Florida.
• All custom orders have a Non Refundable Consultation Fee of $65 due at the time of booking. A special occasion, consultation for prom dresses, or special event events. A consultation fee of $150 must be paid at the time of booking. The consultation may be done in person or via zoom/FaceTime. The consultation fee does go towards the cost of the garment. If you select not to go forward, the garment, a consultation is nonrefundable.
Bridal Consultations have a non refundable fee of $250 and is a three appointment consultation. The consultation may be done in person or via zoom/FaceTime. 50% of the bridal consultation fee goes towards the total of your order. CONSULTATION IS NOT VALID IF NOT PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. If you decide to not go forward with the garment, the consultation is nonrefundable.
•Garments under $500 must be paid in full prior to completion. Garments over $500 have a minimum deposit of 60%.
• If you are late or miss your fitting appointment garment will be made to the best of the Designer's ability and there is an automatic late/missed appointment fee of $25.
• You have 5 business days to pick up your garment once completed. If the garment is not picked up after five business days they could be resold at the current market retail price. Any deposit will be lost and you will have to pay the retail price for the garment.
• All items are final sale, no exchanges or refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS
