Booking Policies

💳 Deposit

• A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• The deposit goes toward your total balance.
• Deposits are only refundable if Laced by LoveLace cancels the appointment.
• By paying, you agree to this policy.

🕒 Timing

• Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

🚫 No-Shows & Reschedules

• No-shows forfeit the deposit.
• Appointments may be rescheduled once with 24-hour notice.
• Less than 24-hour notice = new deposit required.

📝 Skin Survey & Allergies

• You’ll receive a skin survey by email to help customize your look.
• Clients are responsible for disclosing skin sensitivities or allergies.
• Laced by LoveLace is not liable for reactions due to withheld information.

📸 Photography Consent

• By booking, you agree that photos and/or videos may be taken of your final look for use in Laced by LoveLace’s portfolio, website, and social media.
• If you do not want your images used, you must state this before your appointment begins.
